As the mission of the University states, Bay Path “educates students to become confident and resourceful contributors to our increasingly interdependent world.” To achieve that, the University has instituted an ongoing process of assessment of all academic programs and all non-academic departments to continuously monitor student learning and institutional effectiveness, and ensure the continual improvement of academic programs and University services.

The American Women’s College is a part of Bay Path University, which is fully accredited by the following organization:

Bay Path’s legal programs on the associate and baccalaureate degree level, as well as the certificate of advanced paralegal studies, are approved by the American Bar Association (ABA).

Bay Path’s education programs on the baccalaureate degree level are approved by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
